1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nexorionprime.com or purchasing any plan from Nexorion Prime LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Nexorion Prime LLC provides turnkey e-commerce infrastructure creation and operational management services. Depending on the plan selected:
- Turnkey Setup & Infrastructure: Includes official Wyoming LLC filing, federal EIN processing, bank account setup support, custom storefront deployment, and catalog injection.
- Management Services: Includes ongoing product sourcing, store management, inventory routing, and advertising configuration.
3. Ownership & Legal Entity
All corporate entities (LLC), state registrations, EIN numbers, Amazon Seller Central accounts, and bank accounts generated during onboarding are registered 100% under the Client's legal name. The Client retains total legal ownership of all corporate assets.
4. Fees, Installments & Refund Policy
- Setup Fees: Onboarding fees are due upon purchase. Payments made via BNPL providers (Klarna, Affirm) are subject to third-party credit terms.
- Refunds: Due to immediate administrative expenses incurred upon order placement (state filing fees, legal agent processing, domain registrations), setup fees are non-refundable once corporate filing has commenced.
- Performance Fees: Ongoing profit-sharing fees (where applicable) are billed monthly based on verified gross profit figures.

Nexorion Prime LLC does not promise, guarantee, or warrant specific revenue levels or profit margins. E-commerce involves market risks, supplier fluctuations, and platform policy updates. The Client acknowledges full responsibility for business decisions and market performance.
