Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Nexorion Prime LLC, we provide high-ticket corporate infrastructure, US LLC formation, and e-commerce co-management services. Due to the custom legal filings and immediate allocation of operational resources, the following refund terms apply to all orders placed on nexorionprime.com.

2. LLC Filing & State Fees (Non-Refundable Condition)

Once your payment (or first Klarna installment) is confirmed, our legal team begins processing your official US LLC filing and Federal EIN application within 24 hours.

• Before Filing: If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and prior to our team submitting your documents to the State of Wyoming, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
• After Filing: Once state filings or federal applications have been submitted, state government fees and legal processing fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Setup Fees & Co-Management Services

Setup fees cover custom infrastructure deployment, Amazon Seller account configuration, and store integration. Once store assets have been built and handed over to the client, setup fees are final and non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund or Order Cancellation

To submit a cancellation request, contact our official support team at contact@nexorionprime.com or via our Live Support Widget with your order details and full name. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (or credited through Klarna) within 5 to 7 business days.
